Bio: John was born in Springfield, Illinois on July 10, 1963. At the age of six John began taking guitar lessons at the House of Music in Springfield. He switched to keyboards shortly thereafter, and then eventually switched to drums at the age of seven. After moving to Arkansas at the age of 11, John excelled at playing percussion instruments in school bands throughout his early teens. He began playing in garage bands after returning to Springfield at the age of 16, and was playing in clubs before he turned 21. An avid musician who is as comfortable on guitar, bass guitar, and keyboards as he is on drums, John believes that his best days musically are yet to come. In 2002, John founded the band "Late Arrival".
